Please read our terms and policy before making your booking

1. Please give 48 hrs notice for a cancellation or to reschedule
2. Cancellations on less than 48 hrs. notice and “no Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved services prices
3. Gift Cards – any gift cards may reschedule appointment Only One Time further reschedule may result expired.
4. Bookings can be rescheduled up till 15 days after original booking
5. No Shows- No refunds will be giving and if you do not contact us to let us know why then we will not accept further bookings from you
6. Please arrive only early 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time as we have limited areas. If you happen to be late for your appointment then unfortunately we will need to reduce your session time due to other appointments that we have

Important info
Deposits are non-refundable, we can reschedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking. Please contact us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment to avoid a £25 rescheduling fee.

Cancel or Reschedule free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise we will be charged 100% of your deposit. Late cancellation, reschedule or not showing up will be charge 100% of service prices
